NZ Tours - Te Aroha 1 day

Te Aroha is a fascinating old mining town just 1 hour from Hamilton.  Today's trip starts with a very special visit to Mountain View Organics, a real, working deer and dairy farm owned by the Fisher family.  Meet Gavin the farmer for an action packed, hands-on visit and learn the fascinating facts about what makes Gavin's farm one of the healthiest and most productive in the region.  This farm was featured recently on New Zealand television programme "Country Calendar". 

After the tour, enjoy homemade treats and a good old cup of tea with milk fresh from the cow!

Finish off with a soak in the famous Te Aroha soda water hot pools - with the private No. 12 Bathhouse included at no extra cost.  Optional short walk through the Domain to see the Mokena Geyser (if active).
