The E-Tours Rotorua/Taupo trip combines the volcanoes, Maori culture and adventure activities of Rotorua with Huka Falls and the famous Lake Taupo.

Your day begins with a drive to Rotorua to visit the iconic Whakarewarewa Living Village where your Maori guide will show you the wonders of Mother Nature and how Maori have come to live in harmony within this unique, bubbling environment over the last 200 years. Experience a live Maori Cultural Performance to see how the famous Haka, poi dancing and "waiata" or songs are performed as part of local tradition.  After leaving the village head south for Taupo, home to NZ's largest lake (606km2). Centrally located in the North Island of New Zealand, the Lake Taupo region is an exciting landscape of snow capped mountains, blue and emerald lakes, native forests, steaming cliffs, mudpools, mountain streams, rivers, volcanic valleys and tussocklands. This afternoon we visit the main sights: the Aratiatia rapids; the impressive Huka Falls the famous Taupo bungy (for viewing purposes only, unless you take the option of a jump) and the Great Lake itself.
